By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

This Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older and located in the United States or its territories. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Platform

InsuranceUpdate.com allows:

Borrowers to upload proof of property insurance coverage as requested by their lender or loan servicer
Insurance agents or brokers to assist borrowers by submitting documentation on their behalf

Users may upload documentation using your user credentials, unique document code and other required information. Files may be uploaded via desktop or by photo capture on a mobile device. This Platform does not provide insurance or act as an insurance agency or broker.

3. Document Submission Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Submitting accurate and current insurance documentation;
Verifying that the document meets lender or servicer requirements;
Keeping any document codes, login credentials, or tracking links confidential.

4. Permitted Use

You may only use the Platform for:

Submitting insurance documentation related to a loan;
Accessing tools for confirmation or verification;

You may not use the Platform for:

Unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
Submitting altered or fictitious documents;
Uploading malicious code or disrupting the platform;
Unauthorized data scraping or credential sharing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including code, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, and logos, is owned or licensed by Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display platform materials without prior written consent.

6. Account & Access Security

If you are issued a login, access code, or other secure identifier, you must:

Keep it confidential;
Not share access with unauthorized parties;
Notify us of any breach or misuse immediately.

We reserve the right to disable any credentials for suspected violations.

7. Monitoring, Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Monitor usage;

You waive any claims against the Company for actions taken as part of investigations or enforcement.

Any damages related to system outages, data loss, or security breaches.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. All legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Northern District of Texas.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
